I visited BVC during the COVID-19 pandemic, after some of the restrictions lifted and businesses started to open. I found the staff to be extremely pleasant and professional. They took great care in making sure customers observed social distancing. They were meticulous with sanitizing equipment, including a process for sanitizing eyeglasses frames that I tried on. They operate with courtesy and machine-like efficiency. Highly recommended.
