After two years of searching for an answer for the eye issues I had stemming from a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), the head of the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins referred me to this practice. I had already seen three eye doctors, none of whom knew to even look for the issues I had but diagnosed me as fine with corrective lenses with prisms. If you have had a TBI or concussion and feel your vision is "off", this is the place to go. Eye issues stemming from TBI can affect your cognitive skills, ability to comprehend what you read, make you nauseous, cause extreme fatigue and more. Why oh why this isn't a screening for everyone who has a concussion?
