My experience wasn’t completely unpleasant, but I will not be returning. Front desk staff was generally unhelpful and un-informed. They did not address the questions that I had as a new patient in an appropriate manner. The doctor didn’t take my concerns seriously and said that he was “rolling his eyes” at the fears I had about changing my eye care plan. I found the practice to be over priced and unpleasant. However, new patient packet summaries did acknowledge that it’s the patients responsibility to be aware of charges, but I had no idea what tests they were doing and why or what my insurance covered. I simply asked if my insurance was taken. My normal copay is 25$ but my bill was 90$. I was displeased with the service and fees. When I asked about glasses, staff was un informed and provided minimal assistance to helping find out how much the glasses would cost. Do not recommend. One office staff member was comforting and pleasant, but the other interactions I had were not.

Dr. Weinberg and the entire staff are hands down the best!! Such a pleasant atmosphere and very friendly service. We wouldn't think of taking our vision care to anyone else!!
