Dr. Habibi
Dr. Habibi brings a patient-centered approach to optometry, with a passion for enhancing visual health and making a lasting impact on patients’ lives. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University and has since honed her expertise under the guidance of renowned professionals. Dr. Habibi spent two years working alongside Dr. Scott Hyver, the Harvard-trained ophthalmologist and eye doctor for the San Francisco 49ers, at his LASIK surgery center. This invaluable experience sharpened her exceptional precision in refractive care and patient management.
With a dedication to providing the highest level of care, Dr. Habibi combines advanced clinical skills with a warm and approachable demeanor, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported throughout their journey to optimal eye health.

Dr. Deepika Garg, O.D.
Indiana-raised Dr. Deepika Garg completed both her undergraduate and master's degrees in biology, before moving on to optometry, particularly focussing on dry eye and ocular disease. With 8 years of experience, she is a staunch advocate for holistic health, with a particular interest in wellness and nutrition.
She believes in the integral connection between overall health and vision and strives to educate her patients on the importance of comprehensive well-being.
Dr. Garg has also contributed to community health by working in a San Leandro community clinic and performing outreach at schools.
She is currently expecting her first child and enjoys yoga, music, cooking, reading, and writing in her spare time, all of which allow her to maintain balance in her life.
Dr. Garg speaks Hindi, Spanish, and Punjabi.
Dr. Andrew Yang, O.D.
Born in Virginia and raised in the Bay Area's Walnut Creek and Moraga, Dr. Andrew Yang has been providing exceptional eye care for over 22 years. He earned his undergraduate degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from UC Berkeley in 1998, followed by his Doctor of Optometry degree from UC Berkeley’s School of Optometry in 2002.
Dr. Yang is passionate about building meaningful relationships with his patients, allowing him to deliver personalized care that meets their unique needs. With a comprehensive approach to eye health, he enjoys treating a wide range of patients, ensuring their visual well-being is maintained at every stage of life.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Yang is deeply involved in community outreach. He serves as a professional liaison for vision screenings at Pleasanton Unified School District and actively participates in his local church as an administrative deacon. Over the years, he has also dedicated time to youth ministries and teaching Sunday school.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Yang enjoys traveling, playing sports, and cheering on Bay Area sports teams (with the exception of Stanford!). He lives in the Tri-Valley with his wife, who teaches in the local school district, their daughter, who is starting at UCLA, and their beloved Maltese dog.
Dr. Yang is excited to continue his career in private practice at San Ramon Family Eye Care, where he can provide the patient-first care that he values so much.

Dr. Victoria E. Chiu, O.D.
Dr. Victoria E. Chiu grew up in San Francisco and pursued Integrative Biology at the University of California, Berkeley, where she later served as an instructor. With 13 years of experience in optometry, she focuses on myopia management and pediatric care.
Dr. Chiu is a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society and volunteers through Volunteer Optometric Service to Humanity (VOSH), where she serves as a board member.
A mother of two and a 13-year-old beagle, she enjoys reading books on AAPI experiences and experimenting with new recipes in her instant pot.
Dr. Doris H. Wong, O.D.
Originally from Hawaii, Dr. Doris H. Wong brings an impressive 18-year track record in eye care to our practice. After completing her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Hawaii, she earned her doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley.
Dr. Wong has served as a continuing education board member and past president of the San Joaquin Optometric Society and successfully managed two private practices.
Passionate about myopia management and specialty contact lenses, she aims to enhance patients’ lives through superior vision care. Dr. Wong has been involved in mobile clinics and annual donation drives for optometry.
As a mother of two young children and a lemon beagle, she enjoys spending her limited free time with her family, which she considers her favorite hobby.
