Dr. Sawyer Ellis, a Warren, Ohio native, earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Ohio University before receiving his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2020 from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. While in optometry school, he was inducted into the Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society—a recognition reserved for the top ten percent of the graduating class for leadership and academic excellence.

Dr. Ellis completed clinical rotations at the Tucson VA Hospital in Arizona and the OSU Outpatient Clinic in Upper Arlington, Ohio. He provides comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages, specializing in routine vision exams, specialty contact lens fittings (including Scleral and GP lenses), and the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases.

When he’s not at the office, Dr. Ellis enjoys traveling with his wife, Paige, and their two golden retrievers, Topper and Fergus. He enjoys golf, darts, reading, and keeping up with the financial markets.

Dr. Maiorca was born and raised in Avon Lake, Ohio, and is a graduate of Avon Lake High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The Ohio State University, where he was a member of the varsity cross country and track teams. He attended The Ohio State College of Optometry, where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree.

Dr. Maiorca completed his internship training at The MetroHealth System’s department of ophthalmology and the VA Central Ohio Healthcare System. He held an active role in FCO (Fellowship of Christian Optometrists), attending two service trips to Frome, Jamaica, to provide free eye care. He is trained to treat many eye conditions. These include glaucoma, dry eye, and diabetic eye care. He also fits specialty contact lenses and provides pediatric eye exams. He is an active member of the Ohio Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

In his free time, Dr. Maiorca enjoys running, cooking and trying new foods, and rooting for Ohio State and Cleveland sports teams. His wife, Natalie, is also an optometrist and they have two young children.

Dr Zivkovic graduated from The Ohio State University in 1997.  Her focus is on primary vision care, contact lens evaluations and ocular disease. She resides in Broadview Heights with her husband and two children.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, decorating and reading.

Dr. Nalini A. Corpora brings 27 years of experience in eye care and a genuine passion for building meaningful relationships with her patients. She completed her undergraduate studies at Kent State University and attended The Ohio State University for optometry school.

For Dr. Corpora, eye care is about more than helping people see better. She values getting to know her patients, building lasting relationships, and becoming a trusted part of the community she serves. She especially enjoys working with elderly patients and providing care in nursing homes, where she can make a meaningful difference in patients’ quality of life.

Outside the office, Dr. Corpora enjoys traveling and hiking. She and her husband, Tom, have two children, Gemma and Nicholas, as well as two dogs.
