Diane Hilal Campo, MD

Dr. Diane Hilal-Campo has been in practice for 23 years. She is a graduate of Columbia University, and was in the first class of women at Columbia College in 1987.  She then went on to go to medical school at Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons, where she received her medical degree. She did her internship in internal medicine at Columbia and then completed her residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in NYC . She started her Oakland practice 23 years ago and has enjoyed serving the community. She is a General Ophthalmologist, and is proficient in both medical and surgical eyecare. She is on staff at Valley hospital in Ridgewood, and operates at the Bergen Passaic Cataract Center in Fairlawn as well as Valley's outpatient surgery center, the Luckow Pavilion.

Dr. Eric M. Saunders, MD joined Dr. Campo's practice in January 2022. He is a board-certified general ophthalmologist who also specializes in LASIK and laser vision correction. He has been practicing ophthalmology post training for more than 20 years!
He has a B.A degree from Hiram College. His M.D is from The Johns Hopkins University of Medicine. His medical internship was done at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center. His ophthalmology residency was done at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He did a one-year fellowship in LASIK and laser vision correction in a private practice with Dr. Trevor Woodhams. He has a combined 20 year work experience practicing ophthalmology out of Ridgewood Ophthalmology and The Valley Medical Group. 
Dr. Saunders is married with 3 children and loves to sing in his free time!
