Dr. Clara Wagner, O.D.
Dr. Wagner earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2018 from Wright State University and went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Pikeville College of Optometry. After graduation, she gained valuable experience in contact lens fittings and ocular disease treatment. She lived in towns and cities across Ohio, and has made her home here in Coldwater, where she serves the local community with patient compassion.
For Dr. Wagner, everything is about meeting her patients’ needs and improving their quality of life — her favorite story is from a time she gave a nervous child a thorough pediatric eye exam. The child needed extra tests, and Dr. Wagner took time to explain everything and make her feel assured. The patient’s mom was overjoyed. Her child had bad experiences with the doctor before, making Dr. Wagner’s disarming patient care a breath of fresh air. Dr. Wagner lives for these kinds of interactions, and this drives her to give each patient outstanding, individualized care.
