Our Team
Dr. Alisha Kothari, O.D.
Dr. Alisha completed her degree in natural science at Fordham University's Manhattan campus before earning her Doctor of Optometry at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. During her clinical rotations in optometry school, she received clinical honors in sports vision, vision therapy, pediatrics, specialty contact lenses, and disease management.
Dr. Alisha is originally from South Jersey and is happy to be back home spending time with her friends, family, and dog, Mili. She enjoys cooking, baking, and finding new favorite places to eat. She's also glad to continue supporting her favorite Philly sports teams.
Dr. Anthony Starr, O.D.
Dr. Anthony earned his Bachelor of Science in biology from Monmouth University, graduating with honors. He went on to earn a Master of Science from Rowan Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. He then attended Nova Southeastern University, where he earned his Doctorate of Optometry and an additional bachelor's degree in vision science.
He completed externships focused on Ocular Disease at Fort Lauderdale Eye Institute, Eye Centers of South Florida, and The NSU Eye Care Institute. While at Nova Southeastern, he also conducted research, presenting a scientific poster on advanced imaging modalities at SECO 2023.
Dr. Anthony, a native of New Jersey, enjoys contributing to his field through research. Outside of work, he values spending time with his family and finding ways to give back to the community.
Dr. Brian Samartino, O.D.
Dr. Brian graduated from McDaniel College as a member of the TriBeta Biology Honor Society before earning his doctorate of optometry at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. His extensive training included externships in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Alaska, where he received clinical honors. Before co-founding Premier Eye Associates, he practiced in South Jersey as a contact lens specialist and provided medical optometry care for post-operative cataract, retina, and LASIK patients.
Dr. Brian's interests outside of work include hiking, watching movies, and enthusiastically supporting the Philadelphia Union and US Men's National Soccer teams. He is passionate about improving his patients' quality of life, engaging in community service, and contributing to various charitable causes.
Dr. Elaina Nellis, O.D.
Dr. Elaina earned her undergraduate degree in biochemistry from Elizabethtown College. She then obtained her Doctor of Optometry from the State University of New York College of Optometry. Her previous work includes serving at Austin Ryan Optika and Advanced Vision Consultants.
Originally from Clinton Corner, NY, Dr. Elaina now lives in Mount Laurel, NJ, with her husband, Matt, and daughter, Mia. She enjoys long-distance running, hiking, and outdoor activities. She finds joy in educating patients about their eye health and is enthusiastic about growing patient relationships in South Jersey.
Dr. Erica Enarusai, O.D.
Dr. Erica Enarusai is a compassionate and detail-oriented optometrist committed to helping every patient achieve their best possible vision and long-term ocular health. She believes in creating a welcoming, supportive experience where questions are encouraged, concerns are heard, and each patient leaves feeling confident and informed about their eye care. Her goal is to deliver care that not only enhances vision but also improves quality of life.
Dr. Enarusai earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, graduating in 2024. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, providing a strong scientific foundation for her clinical work.
During her training, she gained experience serving diverse patient populations and developed a passion for offering individualized care that balances advanced diagnostic skill with patient comfort and communication.
Dr. Enarusai provides comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages, with a particular interest in scleral lenses, specialty contact lens fittings, and complex refractive cases. She enjoys helping patients with challenging visual needs find comfortable, practical solutions that support their day-to-day lifestyle.
Dr. Enarusai's philosophy centers on making every patient feel understood, valued, and empowered. She strives to provide the highest attainable level of vision and eye health in every encounter, taking the time to explain findings and ensure each person leaves with clarity and confidence about their ocular wellbeing.
Outside the exam room, Dr. Enarusai enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She also has a passion for bodybuilding and powerlifting, appreciating the discipline and strength these hobbies require.
She once traveled to Jalisco, Mexico, where she provided eye care to a community in need. This experience strengthened her dedication to serving others and expanding access to vision care.
Dr. Enarusai is also conversational in Spanish, allowing her to connect more deeply with Spanish-speaking patients.
Dr. Ferne Sandler, O.D.
Dr. Ferne earned her BA in Biology from Clark University before completing her Doctor of Optometry degree at Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She founded Sandler Eye Care and became certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease and the use of oral pharmaceuticals. She joined Premier Eye Associates in 2022, bringing decades of experience.
Dr. Ferne is a native of Allentown, Pennsylvania, and lives in Voorhees, NJ. With 38 years in South Jersey, she considers it home. She enjoys spending time outside of work, contributing to her community, and engaging in various hobbies.
Dr. Lauren Mullen, O.D.
Dr. Lauren Mullen is a Board Certified optometrist with a rich educational background. She completed her residency in Ocular Disease at Omni Eye Services in partnership with the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2008, after earning her Doctorate of Optometry from SUNY College of Optometry in 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Science from The Catholic University of America, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2003.

Dr. Lauren hails from northern New Jersey and now enjoys the serene lake life in Medford, NJ, with her family and a rescue dog. From an early age, she was drawn to optometry, a path influenced by her need for glasses at ten and her father's impactful career as the director of a school for blind children. Dr. Lauren's natural affinity for math and science and her love for working with people have shaped her into a compassionate and effective problem solver. Her love for the outdoors and community involvement enriches her commitment to providing empathetic and thorough care to her patients.
Dr. Mullen serves patients at Premier Eye Associates' locations in Collingswood, Marlton, and Medford, bringing top-tier eye care to the community with state-of-the-art technology and a patient-first approach.
Dr. Tyler Mills, O.D., F.A.A.O., F.A.A.O.
Dr. Tyler is an esteemed optometrist and one of the co-founders at Premier Eye Associates, specializing in advanced ocular disease management and innovative myopia control techniques. His extensive training and dedication to improving patient outcomes make him a vital member of our eye care team.
Dr. Tyler completed his undergraduate studies in biology at the University of Delaware, followed by earning his Doctorate of Optometry from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University, where he also earned clinical honors. His professional journey includes a residency in ocular disease at the Wilmington Delaware Veteran's Hospital, where he managed a wide range of conditions including glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, and cataracts.
Outside the office, Dr. Tyler enjoys a full life with his wife, Megan, and their daughters in Haddonfield, NJ. An avid fan of Philadelphia sports, he also relishes exploring new restaurants, traveling and spending relaxing days at the Jersey shore with his family.
Dr. Judson Moon, O.D.
Dr. Moon opened Haddonfield Vision in 1993. He is a graduate of Haddonfield Memorial High School, attended The College of New Jersey, and graduated from Arcadia University (formerly Beaver College). He received his doctor of Optometry degree from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry, and trained at the Eye Institute in Philadelphia.
Dr. Moon has extensive training and experience in contact lenses and has participated in many focus groups, research, and seminars on all different types of contact lenses. Dr. Moon has fit contact lenses to thousands of patients over twenty five years, including children, teens, adults, seniors, policemen, firemen, entertainers, professional athletes from the Philadelphia Flyers and Eagles, among many others.
In addition to his general optometry license, Dr. Moon has his oral pharmaceutical license for treatment and management of ocular diseases including red eyes, conjunctivitis, eye infections, and glaucoma.
In his free time he enjoys playing the guitar with numerous longtime musician friends. He is a lifelong Philadelphia sports fan, and spends time in the summer vacationing in the Adirondacks.
