Powell Vision Center

Dr. David Webster, Director of Powell Vision Center, is originally from Piqua, Ohio. He attended The Ohio State University and received his Doctor of Optometry degree. Dr. Webster has over 20 years of experience and has done more than 50,000 exams on patients 4 years of age and older. His personal touch on each exam keeps his patients returning from across the globe. He enjoys all areas of optometry, with a passion toward hard to fit specialty contact lenses.

Personally, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Brenda and son Ben. He also enjoys exercising and competing in shooting sports.

Dr. Paula Kelbley was born and raised in New Riegel, Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She continued her education at Ohio State to earn her Doctor of Optometry. After graduation, Dr. Kelbley completed her residency training in Pediatrics and Binocular Vision at the Indiana University School of Optometry.

During her residency she found her passion to teach optometry students as a clinical instructor. She continues her clinical teaching where it all began, The Ohio State University! Outside of the office and classroom, Dr. Kelbley enjoys playing volleyball and softball, and loves to travel.
