Our Team
Dr. Victoria Johnson, O.D.
Dr. Johnson, a University of Maine alumnus, majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry. As the Salutatorian from New England College of Optometry, she specialized in Pediatrics, sparking her love for child healthcare. Her standout clinical experience at the Bascom Palmer Pediatric Clinic includes treating children with visual impairments, genetic conditions, and binocular vision disorder. She further honed her skills in specialty contact lens exams, ocular disease management, and low vision care at Boston Medical Center and VA Togus
Dr. Stephen Arsenault, O.D.
Dr. Arsenault obtained his BA in Medical Biology from the University of New England and his Doctor of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry, where he also served as a class council representative and took part in an optometric mission in Peru. His clinical skills were honed through various optometric rotations at private practices, community health centers, and Veteran Affairs clinics across New England.
