I was pretty excited to book my appointment here, as I saw the positive reviews. Not sure what I did, but their customer service is terrible. Their response to my appointment request was "Is there insurance for us to look us for for your appointment?" There was no greeting nor welcoming. They weren't able to find my insurance coverage, and were rude over it. If you're looking for a simple eye exam, I suggest going somewhere friendlier.

Called office regarding secondary insurance info. Clearly the woman on the phone was NOT using phone skills. I explained we had this coverage. All services were not yet provided. Glasses had NOT yet been ordered. After the 4th explanation of the issue, finally “oh glasses have not been ordered “, that’s what I have been trying to explain. What is your email so I may send u the info. She hung up on me.....😖
This is NOT customer service. As the previous post stated, terrible phone skills. Stay away . There r far to many offices that provide fabulous service. Also when we entered the exam room the computer had been left open with past patients medical info (HIPPA PRIVACY violation) I could have chosen to read all of the last patients medical info. WOW 😳
