Perspective Vision

5 stars isn't high enough to rate Dr. Facey. She is gentle, knowledgeable, patient and perseverant. She wouldn't give up until we were both satisfied with my lenses. I honestly wouldn't bring my child to anyone else. She will ensure they get the perfect fit, guaranteed. The entire staff is friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Where's the 10 star button for these reviews?

Dr breanne facey literally took away all my vision stress. For about a year I’ve been investigating what was going on with my eyes. I went to a different optometrist and got a test done and said I was all good. I knew I wasn’t but he seemed to brush me off and didn’t care. A friend of mine works for dr facey and told me they would be able to figure out what was going on with me so I got my GP to get me a referral to get an appointment. The place is a cute little office downtown Burlington. Easy to find and lots of parking and the girls were super friendly but lets talk about the real rockstar. Dr facey did so much more testing then I knew was supposed to be done. The first place I went to didn’t do nearly half the tests dr facey did. She asked me if my eyes were doing “this and that” before I could even explain to her that my eyes were doing “this and that”. She knew right off the bat was I was experiencing and what needed to be done. She was very informative especially with vision and it’s relation to thyroid issues (I’m hypothyroid hashimoto) which is comforting having someone experienced with that relation. We were also trying some different lenses and I told her I wasn’t confident with the answers I gave her because they all kind of looked the same to me and I couldn’t tell and she assured me she was confident with her answers from the testing and was just trying out the lenses to see but she already got what she needed which was a huge relief because I’ve never had eye problems so I don’t know how any of this works. Anyways she seemed very interested in having me as a new patient and seeing me for a yearly check up and it’s a nice feeling knowing someone cares about you and your progress.
