Dr. Gary
Sneag
Dr. Sneag has practiced optometry since 1977. He has lectured and presented at various conferences for many years. He is specialized in the field of vision therapy and enjoys the challenges of fitting all kinds of contact lenses, diagnosing and treating disease, as well as prescribing low vision aids for visually impaired patients. He also enjoys managing his patients for refractive surgery.
Dr. Melanie Langford
Dr. Melanie Langford received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington. She then went on to receive her Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL. She also chose to complete a residency with the Univeristy of California Berkeley at the Palo Alto VA Hospital where she specialized in primary care and low vision. Dr. Langford practices full scope optometry and she enjoys working with patients of all ages. She is licensed in the treatment and management of ocular disease with therapeutic pharmaceutical agents, primary open angle glaucoma, and lacrimal irrigation and dilation. In her free time, she enjoys running and going to Balboa Park with her dog, Wrigley.
Lori Vucovich
- Office Manager
Lori started working here in 1994 as a dispensing optician. Since then she has become the office manager, HIPAA compliance officer, and insurance billing expert. Her time after work is spent studying dance and pilates. Lori is now the proud mother of a wonderful daughter.
Dory Quade - Vision Therapist
Dory coordinates the vision therapy program and assists the doctors with administering visual perceptual testing and vision training. Dory has the balance of knowing what the patient needs and how to best implement the appropriate therapy. Dory and Mary have completed a very intensive program of vision therapy training.
